About the Role
As an Application Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain software applications that meet the unique needs of our healthcare professionals. You'll leverage technologies like Python, AI, and ERP systems to create solutions that improve patient care, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the criticality of working in a modern hospital environment and is committed to building tools that make a tangible impact on our patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll work closely with our clinical teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that address real-world challenges. This includes:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using Python and other technologies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
- Developing and implementing AI-powered solutions to drive business value
- Customizing and extending ERP systems like ERPNext to meet business needs
- Engaging with medical professionals to understand their needs and develop solutions that improve their workflows
- Creating documentation and digital tools that are intuitive, user-friendly, and support our clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care
What We Look For:
- First Degree in IT, Computer Sciences, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in application development
- Strong experience with Python and other programming languages
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
- Experience with ERP systems like ERPNext is an advantage
- Experience with customization and extension of ERP systems is an advantage
- Passion for saving lives and improving healthcare outcomes
- Ability to engage with medical professionals and understand their needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
